Out with the old and in with the new. Happy New Year everyone! 2019 has finally arrived.
Just like everyone else in the world, I’m looking at 2019 as a door of opportunities to creating my best year ever. Unfortunately, I have said this many times before and I’ve allowed situations to stop me from reaching my goals. But this time around, I have made the effort to really remove all distractions and leave behind all the negative individuals behind in 2018 as I move forward with myself to start fresh and new.
To really make my efforts come true and really achieve my best year ever, I purchased a book called 2019 Artist of Life Workbook which is created by a lifestyle YouTuber name Aileen who goes by the name of Lavendaire on her YouTube channel.
She has two versions of the same book, one is a journal format while the other is digital. I kept it simple and ordered the digital version. My excitement in planning for 2019 goals was definitely a rush of inspiration in itself. I wasted no time and worked on the workbook immediately. It’s about 125 pages and the workbook is supposed to help create your most inspiring and successful year yet.
The workbook is designed to guide you through self-discovery, help create your dream life, clarify your vision by following through on execution through a series of questions and exercises. This allows you to think deep and thoughtful answers to what you would like to create for your life when the opprtunity presents itself.
I fairly enjoyed writing in the workbook. Yet, I found myself having an emotional time completing some of the questions and exercises. The amount of inspiration that I have gained from taking the time to write down all of my thoughts in a peaceful manner made me want to live my best life immediately.
The workbook is like a guiding map to living and reaching all of my dreams and goals for 2019. I won’t share the answers that I wrote down in the workbook, but I can share a few key points and exercises given within the workbook. These examples include
- Theme for 2019
- Goals for 2019
- Gratitude journal
- Keeping track with your consistency of the habits you want to develop each week during the months
- Creating a vision board to review on a daily
- Designing self-love and self-care habits
- Helpful resources on creativity, life, business/careers
- Bucket list, setting clear goals and much more
If you’re like me and want to live your best successful life through creation, then I highly recommend getting this workbook or something similar to it. One of the things I love most about the workbook is the incredible quotes added from successful well-known individuals. These individuals include Les Brown, Oprah Winfrey, Harriet Tubman, Malcolm Forbes, and more.
You can’t go wrong with this workbook. I can’t wait to see how well I will execute my goals using this guide as my daily reminder.
Share below and let me know if you’re familiar with Lavendaire and her workbook. Have you used her workbook for this upcoming year? Or did you used it in the previous year? If you’re working on something similar share the title of that book as well. I would love to know what you are using to help create your best 2019 goals.
